How to place an order?

Select the product that you want from the main menu then click ‘Add to Cart’. This adds the item to your cart and takes you to the shopping cart page. Once there, either select ‘Keep Shopping’ to look for more items, or ‘Check Out’, in order to complete your purchase.

How do I add items to my cart?

After you 'Add to Cart', the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart any time by clicking on the 'view your cart/check out' button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, change the quantity to ‘0’ and hit ‘Update Quantity'

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Most of the orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and it should never overpass 48 hours.

What if I need to change my order?

Please email us immediately so we can arrange to change it before it ships. If the product has been shipped out, we will arrange for an exchange.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping generally takes about 9-15 days to arrive with standard shipping. Express orders tend to arrive within 6 days. Please note however that the times in transit vary depending on your location.

Will I get a receipt with my order?

Yes, you will get a receipt with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise.
